Batch Operations
Manage multiple conversations at once - send templates, advance months, and send reminders in bulk
Language Detection:
Templates are automatically sent in the appropriate language.
Study IDs ending in "en" receive English templates, all others receive Chinese templates.
EN = English Template
Example: yql_001en → English, yql_001 → Chinese
Anti-Spam Protection:
Batch operations include random delays between messages to avoid WhatsApp detection and rate limiting.
Each message is sent individually with automatic timing protection.

Cohort Management
管理按当前月份分组的参与者。每个 cohort 代表处于同一项目月份的参与者（为期3个月，每30天为一月）。模板将以适当的语言发送（study ID 以 "en" 结尾的发送英文，其他发送中文）。
