Register new participants for the HKU Youth Quitline smoking cessation program

Choose Registration Method:

Register New Participant

Format: yql_[number] for Chinese, yql_[number]en for English templates (underscore optional)

Include country code (e.g., +852 for Hong Kong, +86 for China)

How the participant will be addressed in WhatsApp messages (default: 朋友)

Bulk Upload Participants

How Bulk Upload Works

  • New participants: Will be registered and receive welcome message
  • Existing participants: Will have their Study ID and nickname updated (no message sent)
  • System automatically detects existing vs new based on phone number
